We don't just install your hosting package and walk away. We remain available to support your use of those tools and your campaign, answering support calls and your email twelve hours each week day, five hours each Saturday and after hours by appointment.
When you do business with us, we provide support for not just the candidate or treasurer, whose name is on the credit card, but also for any staff and volunteers they might designate. We can conduct online trainings using desktop sharing tools which permit us to not only talk you through how to use your hosting package, but also permit us to show you in real time, while we're on the phone so you can get your questions answered.
